Counselling

Counselling is a structured conversation that can help you to address and resolve problems, make decisions, work through feelings and inner conflicts, and improve relationships with others.

Counselling can help you to grow and develop personally, understand yourself and adopt constructive life practices.

Counselling looks different for everyone: it depends on your counsellor, the specific issues you want to address and the support you need.

Counselling services for individuals, couples, families or groups are available by phone, face-to-face, telephone and online.
