A NEW NORTH BRISBANE CHOIR - BY UPBEAT ARTS

Upbeat Arts is excited to launch a BRAND NEW CHOIR IN NORTH BRISBANE in 2022. It will be modelled on our successful Absolutely Everybody Brisbane Choir which will continue to rehearse at South Brisbane.

Singing in a choir is the perfect opportunity to sing with like-minded people in a safe and fun environment. You’ll connect with the community and meet new people. It’s an opportunity to break the cycle of social exclusion and a pathway to regaining independence.

Upbeat Arts provides an environment where members can set and achieve their own personal goals. It provides a new identity, new hope and a sense of achievement and enhanced self-esteem.

The choir’s team are professionals and caring people, who offer a wealth of knowledge and support to the members. Rehearsals will be held at a North Brisbane location close to public transport. As the skills and confidence of the new choir grows, there will be (optional) performance opportunities.

Upbeat Arts Mission: To engage, educate and empower marginalised communities via tailored arts and cultural programs, creating pathways to well-being, education and employment.

Applications for this free program are via our online application form at www.upbeatarts.org.au
