Creative Writing - Online workshop by Upbeat Arts

Do you like to write? Do you have a story to tell?

This  Word on the Street Creative Writing  class  is delivered online and provides members with the opportunity to put pen to paper and learn new writing skills. Each weekly workshop, is an independent session designed to build on the skills you already have and help you to get your thoughts onto the page.

You’ll meet like-minded people in a safe and fun online environment and have a chance to be heard and to share your work with the group. You’ll have the opportunity to have your work included in any publications the group is involved with.

Upbeat Arts provides an environment where members can set and achieve their own personal goals. It provides a new identity, new hope and a sense of achievement and enhanced self-esteem.

The creative writing team are professionals and caring people, who offer a wealth of knowledge and support to the members.

Upbeat Arts Mission: To engage, educate and empower marginalised communities via tailored arts and cultural programs, creating pathways to well-being, education and employment.

Applications online at www.upbeatarts.org.au. Program runs Monday’s during school terms.
