Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based psychotherapy being used to treat a variety of mental health concerns. It's core skill components include: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Skills. By completing all four modules individuals will have developed skills and strategies to manage emotions, work through crises and maintain effective relationships.
The Emotion regulation module is 8 weeks, focusing on developing skills to identify and understand our emotions, changing emotional response to be more helpful, and problem solving skills.
