Inside Outside Theatre Company - Sameskin Theatre Workshops

Take time, make time for yourself.
Unleash your creativity!
Learn about self care.
Continue your healing journey.

Anybody can act and these workshops are all about exploring theatre techniques, having fun and growing in confidence and self expression. You don't need any acting experience whatsoever! Just the willingness to give it a go. Meet new people and take away some useful life skills.

About Us
Inside Outside Theatre Company is a fully inclusive, interactive organisation dedicated to creating new work and using theatre to address social issues and promote wellbeing. We have been running our Sameskin Theatre workshops since 2013 for many different groups of people and all of our groups are structured around participant's goals, abilities and creative input. This will be the second program we have run with Neami. The workshops will be run by a very experienced theatre practitioner and lived experience peer worker alongside a Neami staff member with performance experience. This is a six week program and it would be great if you can make all the sessions - if not feel free to drop in and give it a go.
