Flourish is a recovery focused program designed to support people with mental health needs who want to make positive changes in their lives. Flourish aims to provide participants with the tools to understand what’s most important to them and develop a renewed sense of identity, meaning, and direction in their journey of recovery.
This program includes 6 group modules and includes individual coaching and support between group sessions. Each group session is held fortnightly for 6 weeks at the Living & Learning Centre.
You will need to be a participant of the Living & Learning Centre. Please be aware there will be a waiting period before service commences.
