Trauma Sensitive Yoga is an opportunity to experience moving your body in a deliberate way through making choices. Trauma Sensitive Yoga is an opportunity to bring
awareness to and experience sensations and feelings in your body in the present moment. It also allows you to make choices about what you do with that information and how you move your body. Trauma Sensitive Yoga offers a safe space where in small groups, facilitated by a certified facilitator, you might, through movement notice your breath, your body, and your ability to make choices.
