If you live outside of these areas, you can call the national Head to Health Phone Service for free to chat about what services are available in your area. When you call you can enter your postcode, to ensure you are directed through to a team in your local area who can help you access the local mental health services and supports that are right for you or someone you care about.
You can make a free call to Head to Health between 8.30am - 5pm weekdays (except public holidays).
