Beyond Blue's new campaign for the Coronavirus Mental Wellbeing Support Service

18 Nov, 2021

The mental health impacts of COVID-19 continue to be felt and experienced by all people living in Australia as we try to adapt to the continually changing circumstances and challenges of day-to-day life.

The Coronavirus Mental Wellbeing Support Service is available to everyone no matter the situation. Many of us are finding it hard to understand how we’re feeling, or find the right words to explain the emotions we're experiencing. Beyond Blue wants all people living in Australia to know that we're not alone in these mixed emotions, and that support is available.

The service offers easy access to a broad range of supports, from online wellbeing tips and self-help tools, to phone counselling from trained mental health professionals, and peer to peer support through our online forums.

If you don’t know how to feel right now, you’re not alone. Find practical tools, tips and information at the Coronavirus Mental Wellbeing Support Service: bb.org.au/3H435ZE
