For people who are living with a mental health condition, finding and sustaining stable accommodation can be challenging. Support is available across the North Brisbane and Moreton Bay region to help you find and maintain accommodation.

Lady Musgrave Trust - The Handy Guide

The Handy Guide is an online information and service directory for Queensland women in need. A downloadable Handy Guide is also available for women experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in Brisbane.

A state-wide specialist domestic, family and sexual violence service providing crisis counselling, information and support to find safe emergency housing.

HART 4000

Located in Fortitude Valley, HART 4000 works with anyone who may be experiencing or is at risk of homelessness in the Brisbane City Council region.

Home For Good - MICAH Projects
Provides telephone housing support, assertive outreach to people sleeping rough and support for people to sustain tenancies and avoid homelessness.
Aboriginal Hostels Limited
Operates 47 hostels around Australia for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who need a place to stay. Visit the website for the hostel directory.
Brisbane Youth Service
Helps young people aged 12–25 to find and maintain appropriate housing.
Footprints Housing Older Women Support Service (HOWSS)

Brisbane-based Hub, offering navigation and support services to all older women experiencing housing distress or homelessness.

Encircle: Homestay

Provides support for individuals and families at risk of homelessness in the Brisbane North and Moreton Bay regions to sustain independent housing, whether that's through a private rental or social housing provider.

Homeless Health Outreach
Provides mental health assessment, treatment and support for people experiencing homelessness and other mental health or alcohol and other drug concerns.
