CYMHS services are provided for infants, children and adolescents up to the age of 18 years (and their families or carers) who are experiencing psychological distress or complex mental health needs.
Each CYMHS service has an access team that provides advice, information, triage and facilitates the most appropriate type of care.

These specialised teams are designed to provide age-specific mental health support for people over the age of 65 years.
OPMHS assesses, manages and supports people over the age of 65 years who have a mental illness, complicated by conditions of age-related illnesses. Referrals can be made by a GP, a family member or self-refer or via the acute care team. Phone 1300 MH CALL (1300 64 22 55)
