The National Disability Insurance Agency may fund a support coordinator in your NDIS plan if you need more help coordinating your supports and services.
Carers Queensland are the LACs for the North Brisbane and Moreton Bay region. Your LAC will get to know you, what’s important to you and will connect you with the services and support you need.
