Mental health and wellbeing services for people over 65 years

The following services provide tailored support for older people aged 65 years, living in the Brisbane North and Moreton Bay region.

Older Persons Mental Health Service

Metro North Health, Older Persons Mental Health Service provides specialist treatment for people who have a mental illness and are over the age of 65 years.

Psychology in Aged Care (PAC) Wellbeing Program

Psychological services for residents of aged care facilities in Brisbane North.

Mental health, social isolation and loneliness support for older people impacted by COVID-19

This program provides care coordination, psychological therapy, and peer navigation. Referrals into this program will be accepted between March 2021-March 2022.
